" INTRODUCTION Set on a quiet road, this modern, three-bedroom family home has been tastefully thoughtfully extended and tastefully refurbished by the current owners to offer accommodation briefly comprising a spacious lounge, kitchen, familydining room and cloakroom to the ground floor. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, with a recently fitted ensuite to the master and family bathroom.

Outside there is a good size driveway providing off road parking for several vehicles and an attractive, secluded garden to the rear.

We anticipate a high level of interest and therefore recommend an early viewing. 

LOCATION The property is just a short distance from Bishops Waltham‘s centre which offers a broad range of local shops, boutiques, restaurants and amenities; including a post office, several pubs, a doctor‘s surgery and regular bus services. There are also many beautiful walks and bridle paths close by.

The neighbouring village of Botley is only minutes away and provides a mainline railway station with both Winchester City Centre and Southampton Airport being just under half an hour away. All main motorway access routes are also within easy reach

The first-floor landing has been laid to carpet and offers access to the fully boarded loft space, has a storagetowel cupboard to one side and doors to all bedrooms. The master bedroom is a large double room with a window to the rear aspect, there is plenty of space for freestanding furniture, with the room being laid to carpet. A door to one side opens to a recently fitted, modern ensuite which offers a walk-in rainfall shower with inset shelving, wash hand basin and low-level WC set in vanity unit, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail to one wall. The room also has floor to ceiling tiling, oak effect flooring and spotlighting.

There are a further two double bedrooms, both overlooking the front of the property, with bedroom two laid to wood flooring and bedroom three carpeted. The modern family bathroom has an obscured window to the rear and has been recently fitted with a modern suite comprising a panel enclosed bath with shower over and glass shower screen, wash hand basin set in vanity unit and low-level WC. There is a wall mounted heated towel rail, floor to ceiling tiling, oak effect flooring and spotlighting. 

OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is a large, block paved driveway providing off road parking for up to four vehicles and leading to the front entrance, with a wooden bike shedstorage to one side and further storage opposite, there is also gated side pedestrian access to the South West facing rear garden.

The fence enclosed garden has been landscaped to offer a raised decked seating area, ideal for entertaining, with steps then leading down to an area which has mainly been laid to lawn with a small section laid to decorative stone. There is also a useful garden shed, ideal for storage.
