" This well presented four bedroom detached family home comprises a family room, dining room, fitted kitchen with an adjoining utility room, cloakroom and a well-proportioned living room with French doors opening out to the rear garden. On the first floor there are four good size bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a four-piece family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway providing off road parking, a storage area and an attractive landscaped rear garden backing onto a nature reserve.

Situated in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Hedge End Village, the property benefits from being within walking distance of the village centre with its shops, schools and amenities. Hedge Endβ€˜s out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to all principal rooms. The L-shaped family room has a window to the side and previously formed part of the double garage.
