" This superbly presented and extended four bedroom family home is situated off of Turnpike Way close to Hedge End village center. Hedge End itself offers a range of local amenities along with a mainline railway station, major motorway access and an out of town Retail Park.

The accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hall, sitting room, cloakroom, a feature L-shaped kitchen/family room measuring nearly 20ft in length, study, ground floor shower room and utility (this forms part of a garage conversion and has annexe potential). On the first floor the master bedroom with en-suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is also a loft room accessed via a ladder from the second bedroom. Outside there is driveway providing parking for a number of cars and an enclosed rear garden. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs to the first floor. The sitting room has a window to the front of the property and a feature fireplace. The cloakroom has a low level W/C and a pedestal wash basin. The L shaped kitchen/family room is a major feature of the property with patio doors to the rear garden, windows overlooking the rear aspect and a door to the side of the property. It has been re-fitted with a range of wall and base units with space for appliances. Following through an inner lobby leads to the study which has patio doors to the rear garden.
