" Offered with no forward chain, this three bedroom detached bungalow briefly comprises a generous lounge, fitted kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms, a shower room and bathroom. Outside there is ample off road parking for several cars, a garage and a good size rear garden.

The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of Wildern Secondary School, Shamblehurst Primary School and Hedge Endβ€˜s village centre, which offers a range of shops and amenities. The M27 motorway links and Hedge Endβ€˜s out-of-town retail park are also close by. 

INSIDE The front door is located to the side of the bungalow and opens into the kitchen which has an airing cupboard, a window to the side and has been fitted with a range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a built-in double oven and hob with extractor over and integrated appliances including an under counter fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. An opening then leads through to an inner hallway which is open plan to the dining area, which has a window to the side, skylight and a door through to one of the bedrooms. The good size rear garden has a paved patio area, leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn with planted borders. A gate at the end leads through to a further area of garden where there is a large workshop and a variety of mature trees.
