" Offered with no forward chain, this wonderful four bedroom detached family home is situated on larger than average grounds offering potential for a building plot, subject to the relevant planning consents. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, spacious lounge, separate dining room, kitchenbreakfast room and cloakroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway providing ample off road parking for several cars, a detached double garage and good size front and rear gardens which wrap around the property.

The property is located in Hedge End and benefits from being close to the village centre, offering a range of shops and amenities. Hedge Endβ€˜s out-of-town retail park, local schools and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
