" This extended and beautifully presented four bedroom detached family home comprises a modern kitchenbreakfast room, 21ft familydining room, separate lounge, play room, study and cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a modern family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway, single garage and an enclosed rear garden.

The property is located in the popular area of Grange Park and benefits from being within walking distance of Hedge Endβ€˜s train station, as well as close to local shops, schools and amenities, including the M27 motorway links.  

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor and doors to the kitchenbreakfast room, lounge and study, which has a window to the front. The 22ft kitchenbreakfast room has a window to the front and has been fitted with a modern range of cream wall and base units with solid wood worktops over. There is a built-in double oven, gas hob with extractor over, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and space for an American style fridgefreezer. OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is a lawned garden and driveway providing off road parking, leading to the integral garage. Gated side access leads through to the rear garden which has a paved patio area leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn. 

DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End, turn right at the traffic lights into Lower Northam Road and at the roundabout turn left into Grange Road. At the next roundabout turn right into Locke Road and at the mini-roundabout turn left into Maunsell Way. Follow the road round turning right into Watkin Road and continue round to the right. Turn right at the end and then first left into Ardingly Crescent, where the property can be found on the left hand side.
