" A beautifully presented four bedroom detached family home which has been completely modernised and reconfigured by the current owners, including a new conservatory, stunning kitchen/diner, new double glazing, oak doors throughout and modern bathroom. The property is also conveniently situated close to excellent local schools and both Botley and Hedge End's thriving village centres which boast a broad range of shops and amenities. Botley itself also has its own mainline railway station and all main motorway access routes are easily accessible.

Accommodation briefly comprises a 17ft sitting room, modern kitchen/diner, conservatory and downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor. Whilst on the first floor there are four good size bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Additional benefits include an attractive, landscaped rear garden, garage and driveway.

DIRECTIONS From Botley High Street follow the A334 heading towards Hedge End and upon reaching the roundabout directly opposite Lower Northam Road take the first exit left into Kings Copse Avenue and follow this road along for some distance and continue straight across both roundabout until reaching the third exit where upon you will be able to turn left directly into Salway Road where the property can be found on the left hand side.
