" INTRODUCTION This spacious four bedroom detached family home offers an unusually generous sized plot and is located close to a range of local amenities including Hedge End village centre, local shops, schools and excellent transport links.

The accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen, lounge/dining room, four bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside the property benefits from a driveway and a single garage with up and over door, as well as good sized front and rear gardens.  

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has a window to the front aspect, stairs to the first floor and doors leading through to the cloakroom, kitchen and the lounge/dining room. The cloakroom has a window to the side aspect and comprises a low level WC and wash hand basin. The kitchen has windows to the rear aspect and a door leading out to the side of the property. The lounge/dining room is an L-shaped, double aspect room measuring in excess of 20ft in length and has windows to the front and rear aspects as well as double doors leading out onto the rear garden.
