" This three bedroom extended family home is situated in a sought after location in Botley and therefore benefits from access to Botley village centre with it's range of boutique shops and Hedge End village centre with a range of amenities including shops, schools and excellent transport links.

The accommodation briefly comprises an entrance porch, entrance hall, kitchen, lounge, dining room and on the first floor three good size bedrooms, W/C and bathroom. Outside the property benefits from a driveway, garage, front and rear gardens. 

INSIDE The front door opens into a entrance porch which in turn opens into the hallway which has doors to the main reception rooms. The kitchen has a window to the front aspect, a door to the side and has been re-fitted with a range of wall and base units, built-in oven, hob with extractor over, integrated fridge, freezer, dish washer and space for a washing machine. The lounge is located to the rear of the property and runs it's full width with stairs to the first floor, feature fireplace, french doors to the rear garden and opens through to the dining room which is a double aspect room with a window to the side and double doors opening to the rear garden.

Follow this road for a short distance and at the mini-roundabout turn left onto Marls Road.
