" This beautifully presented four bedroom detached family home is situated in a cul-de-sac location and backs directly onto open fields. The accommodation on the ground floor briefly comprises a well-proportioned lounge, 22ft modern kitchen/diner, conservatory and cloakroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway and carport leading to the garage, as well as an attractive rear garden enjoying countryside views.

The property is located in the popular area of Botley and benefits from being close to the village centre, which offers a range of shops, schools and amenities, including a mainline train station. Hedge End's retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch which in turn leads through to the hallway.
