" This well presented three bedroom terraced home briefly comprises an entrance porch, lounge, modern kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

Outside, there is a driveway providing off road parking, a low maintenance rear garden and a garage located in a nearby block.

The property is located in the popular area of Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities. Hedge End's out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch, which in turn leads through to the hall which has stairs leading to the first floor and a door through to the lounge. The lounge has a window to the front and an understairs storage cupboard to one wall. Double doors lead through to the modern kitchen/breakfast room which has a window and door to the rear leading out to the garden, as well as patio doors leading through to the conservatory.
