" This extended and well presented four bedroom end-terraced family home briefly comprises a 24ft lounge/family room, dining room, play room, modern kitchen and a workshop. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom.

Outside, there is a driveway providing off road parking and an attractive rear garden.

The property is located in Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities. Hedge End's out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch which in turn leads through to the lounge. The lounge has stairs leading to the first floor, a window to the front and a door to the side leading through to the play room which has a window to the front. The lounge is open plan to the family area which has French doors leading out to the rear garden. An opening to the side leads through to the dining area which has a window to the rear overlooking the garden. The modern fitted kitchen has a window and door to the rear and has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a built-in double oven with electric hob and extractor over, as well as an integrated fridge/freezer and washing machine.

On the first floor, the 18ft master bedroom has windows to the front and side. A door at one end of the room leads through to the en-suite which has a window to the rear and comprises a panel enclosed bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
