" This two bedroom, first floor maisonette comes with a private rear garden and allocated parking to the rear. The accommodation briefly comprises a loungediner, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The property is located within walking distance of Hedge Endβ€˜s village centre which offers a range of shops and amenities. Hedge Endβ€˜s out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the stairwell which leads to the first floor landing, which has a window to the side, a fitted cupboard and access to all rooms. The loungediner has a window to the front, whilst the kitchen has a window to the rear and has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a built-in oven and gas hob with extractor over, as well as appliance space for a fridgefreezer and washing machine.
