" A well-maintained bungalow set on a lovely, south-facing corner plot, with driveway parking, a garage and conservatory. The property is presented in very good condition throughout, with many improvements having been made over recent years. Elm Road is a very popular location, being within easy striking distance of Alresford, and just a short level walk to the bus stop at the top of Jacklyns Lane. The bungalow enjoys an elevated position, with distant views of the town and countryside beyond.

The property is approached from the driveway, with the main door being to the side of the bungalow. The door opens to a spacious entrance hall, with doors off to the various rooms. The spacious sitting room features a contemporary electric fire, and sliding doors to the conservatory, which has tiled flooring and a sliding door opening to the garden. The kitchen has a smart range of fitted kitchen units, with worksurfaces above, a 1 1/2 bowl sink, a built-in eye level oven and combination microwave oven, a gas hob with extractor hood above, and a wall-mounted boiler concealed in a cupboard.
