The property forms part of an early 19th Century Grade II listed building http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-144638-33-hyde-street-hampshire). The well presented accommodation is entered via it's own entrance door which is located at the rear of the building and which opens into the entrance hall. The entrance hall provides access to the bedroom which has a window to the rear aspect and a built in double storage cupboard, in addition there are doors to the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom is situated at the rear of the property and the kitchen in the middle with a window to the side aspect and a door to the living room which is situated at the front. In addition there is a recessed lobby area just off the kitchen where a door provides access to a staircase which leads down to the cellar. EPC grade C.

Location

The property is situated about a third of a mile from Winchester's main shopping area, should you not fancy the short walk into town there is a well stocked local shop and a wonderful pub on your 'door step'. The mainline railway station is situated within a third of a mile and those commuting by car can take advantage of quick access to the M3 and the A33. The location enjoys great historical significance, the old Northern gates to the City were located here as well as an Abbey, the ruins of which are located nearby as is one of the incarnations of the gatehouse which still stands today.
