" This marvellous house has extensive and wonderfully conceived accommodation built by Clarkes Homes within an enviable position in a quiet cul-de-sac in a most sought after part of Kings Worthy. The house has excellent room sizes on both floors, and a lovely aspect to the front and rear. Top notch fixtures and fittings throughout provide for a most comfortable and attractive family home.

A sizeable entrance hall with engineered oak floor leads through to a wide dining room which has a pleasant front aspect from its bay window. Double doors with multiple glazed panes ensure that this room can be opened up into a larger space when combined with the generous sitting room which lies beyond it. The sitting room itself has sliding doors to the garden and a gas fire within the fireplace. At the rear of the house the hall turns past a study with oak floor, a smart W.C., storage cupboards, and then on into the kitchen/breakfast room, from which both the garage and useful utility room can be accessed.
