" With an integral garage and off road parking, a 4 bedroom semi detached house in a pleasant family location at Kingsworthy, yet with fast access to the M3. ENTRANCE LOBBY A tarmacadamed drive leads via a shingled frontage to an entrance lobby via an attractive part obscure double glazed upvc framed door with leaded lights. A double glazed window opens to the side elevation. The lobby floor is tiled and has a wall mounted light. From here a further obscure double glazed door opens to the entrance hall itself. ENTRANCE HALL From the hall a turning staircase leads to the first floor landing and has a cloaks storage area/cupboard below with a light provided.
