" This is a large and naturally bright, four bedroom town house located in the desirable Holly Meadows development. The property is benefitted from four double bedrooms, two living rooms, family bathroom & two en-suites, kitchen/diner with utility and a balcony. Externally there is a lovely garden to the rear which flows to the side of the house offering a corner style plot and to the front there is allocated parking for two cars with visitors parking also available in the development.

Entrance Hallway
This is a large open hallway which provides access into the secondary living room/playroom, kitchen/diner, downstairs cloakroom and the stairs leading to the first floor. There is also two large storage cupboards and a double panel radiator.

Kitchen/Diner
This is a well thought out kitchen/diner sitting in an 'L' shaped room with a seating area at the back overlooking the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of eye level and base units with a 1 ยฝ bowl sink and drainer. There is a built in oven, hob and microwave as well as a tall standing fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
