" This lovely, well-presented, family home dates back to the late 1950s although the current owners have significantly changed the internal layout to maximise the space and to cope with the demands of modern family life. The open plan family area at the rear of the house which incorporates a well-planned extension, is the real hub of the household. The property benefits from lying close to and within catchment for Western Primary and Westgate Secondary school and is very conveniently located just a few minutes from Winchester railway station.

The large entrance hall gives access to the sitting room at the front of the property - a good sized room with attractive fireplace and large bay window, while beyond lies a useful family room with door directly into a conservatory overlooking the garden. At the end of the entrance hall is a very successfully extended kitchen/dining room with distinct kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is well-appointed with ample units, granite work surfaces and fitted appliances, and there is a door onto the garden and another into the rear of the garage.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor landing, where four bedrooms can be found.
