" Situated within the grounds of Stratton Park estate is this charming and beautifully appointed Georgian property, enjoying a stunning setting amid the pastures and wooded grounds of a former stately home. The Clock House, was built in 1824 and is believed to have been the coaching house, staff quarters and stables of the original mansion. Converted in the early 1990s, this particular property holds centre stage in the development having the original clock tower, which is in full working order having recently been fully restored. There are many wonderful features throughout this handsome property, such as tall ceilings, Georgian style windows, decorative cornicing, dado rails and wooden flooring. The current owners have carried out extensive work to create two very generous bedrooms both with attractive en suite bathrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor the kitchen was reconfigured to create an open plan space accommodating a dining table and benefiting from two Georgian style windows to the front and a glazed door to the attractive rear garden. This attractive property sits within the grounds of Stratton Park, with a desirable location between the centres of Winchester (8 miles) and Basingstoke (10 miles).
