" As you enter the property in to the hall way you will find an under stairs cupboard as well as access to the cellar. A door leads into the sitting room with a wood burner and front aspect window. Back through the hall in to the family room with another lovely wood burning stove, and further, a downstairs loo and door into the sun room. From this hallway leading to the kitchen/breakfast room, where there is plenty of worktop space and room for the dining table, with doors leading to the dining room with sash bay window and again a wood burning stove.
Upstairs has a large master bedroom with three further double bedrooms and one single room/study. The main bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower and built in airing cupboard. There is a second bathroom currently not in use an in need to updating to specification of your choice.
The property has a good size garden to the rear with a step leading to the upper section of the garden all together measure 0.3 of an acre. The garden also includes a large shed. The property also has a driveway with plenty of parking as well as a single garage with power.
