" This attractive cottage is well presented throughout the 1100 sq.ft. accommodation. On the ground floor, engineered oak flooring and oak latch doors add to the character feel. The sitting room extends to almost 15ft and centres on an open fire with cast iron fireplace. Glazed double doors connect to the beautifully appointed kitchen dining room equipped with integrated appliances including a Rangemaster range cooker and large induction hob, flagstone style flooring and French doors to the front terrace. Continuing on the ground floor there is a study/formal dining room with French doors to the side terrace and a w/c. On the upper floor are three bedrooms which also feature engineered oak flooring and a modern bathroom.

Situation
Little Somborne is a pretty village set in the Test Valley, approximately 2.5 miles from Stockbridge town centre. The property has a rural feel with views of surrounding fields. For local amenities the property is just 2 miles from King Somborne which offers a post office, public house, two village stores, a village school and a church. More comprehensive amenities can be found in the pretty market town of Stockbridge (2.5 miles)which offers a range of independent boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.
