This has been such a safe and convenient place to live and bring up our family, convenient for well regarded local schools and amenities yet tucked away within this popular development.

Introduction
Presented in good decorative order, the accommodation is supplemented by an attractive conservatory whilst an integral garage and driveway offer ample off road parking. Improvements include double glazing and recently fitted Worcester Bosch gas boiler contributing to the cost effective family living. A particularly attractive feature is the well maintained and secluded rear garden with pleasant views over paddocks beyond. This home is ideally situated for convenience with close proximity to the market town of Romsey, commercial centre of Southampton and M27 for commuting.

Description
The entrance hall opens into the hallway with access to the cloakroom and understairs cupboard. The bright dual aspect living room has an attractive frontal bay window and a focal point fireplace with real flame gas fire.  The dining area can comfortably host a family dining suite and there is a serving hatch from the kitchen.
