This lovely room overlooks the garden and is perfect for taking in the attractive surroundings, also benefitting from access to the separate dining room. The well appointed kitchen/breakfast room has plenty of fitted cupboards, integrated appliances including a Bosch oven and microwave and Neff ceramic hob. There is ample space for a breakfast table and access to a useful utility room with door to the garden. In addition there is a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Upavon is a traditional and bustling village in the heart of the Pewsey Vale. The village provides good local amenities including a shop and Post Office, a church, two public houses, a garage, a doctor's surgery and a golf course. The nearby village of Rushall has a primary school. The small market town of Pewsey is about 4 miles to the north providing a wider range of shops and amenities together with a railway station with direct rail services to London Paddington (about 65 minutes) and the South West. The old market town of Marlborough (about 10 miles), the city of Salisbury (about 16 miles) and the commercial centre of Andover (about 15 miles) are within easy striking distance. The M4 motorway lies to the north with the A303 (M3) to the south. The surrounding countryside offers a wide range of leisure opportunities, including walking and cycling.
