" Standing in established gardens opposite the Kennet and Avon Canal in the hamlet of Honeystreet stands this attractive semi-detached cottage. The property has been extended over the years to make the most of the wonderful setting and views out towards the White Horse. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall which leads to a main reception hall /study where all the downstairs accommodation feeds off.

The sitting room is dual aspect and overlooks the Canal. This room is generously proportioned and connected via an arch to the reception hall/study. There is a good sized kitchen/dining room fitted with a range of cupboards and has a slate tiled floor. This room is triple aspect with French doors to the stunning garden. A utility room with space and plumbing for white goods as well as a separate cloakroom off completes the downstairs.

The first floor has a wonderful landing with library and enjoys three well-proportioned dual aspect bedrooms all with pretty views over the surrounding countryside. Situation
The pretty hamlet of Honeystreet, was largely built in the 19th century with the birth of the Kennet and Avon canal. It lies in the glorious Pewsey Vale alongside the Kennet and Avon Canal, with far reaching countryside views of the White Horse. On the edge of the village and beside Honeystreet Mill Cafe, further along, on the opposite bank is the Barge Inn both of which are popular with Crop Circle enthusiasts, cyclists and walkers. The area offers tremendous opportunities for riding, walking and other country pursuits. Honeystreet is conveniently positioned about 5 miles from Pewsey, 7 miles from Devizes and 7 miles from Marlborough. Pewsey has a railway station with services to London Paddington. The M4 motorway lies to the north and A303 (M3) lies to the south.

Outside
A gardeners paradise. The garden is a haven for wildlife and much dedication has been put into the cottage style design. Fully stocked shaped borders are rich in colour and variety and rose arches arc over neat paths. Specimen trees provide dappled shade and fruit trees a crop of fruit. The garden is laid to lawn with an established vegetable plot and is divided by a post and rail fence where there is a natural garden and mature fruit tree at the bottom. There is parking off the lane for two cars.
