" Four bedroom family home set in attractive mature gardens of circa 0.3 acres in all. Enjoying splendid countryside views over the Vale of Pewsey, stands this spacious detached house offering excellent living space with well proportioned light and airy rooms. Off the generous galleried entrance hall are two principal reception rooms, a study and guest cloakroom. The dual aspect sitting room benefits from an open fireplace and sliding doors to the garden; there are folding wooden doors to the adjoining dining room which enjoys views to the garden. The kitchen would benefit from some updating and offers plenty of built in storage, integrated double oven, induction hob with extractor hood, with a good size utility room off and additional access to the outside.

There are three further bedrooms, two with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom. From each room there are exceptional rural views over the village and surrounding countryside.

This is an excellent and practical family house with a layout that flows seamlessly, offering plenty of flexible living space and with ample scope for extension (STP)
