" A recently refurbished detached bungalow conveniently situated in the popular village of Pewsey. Within a generous, elevated plot, the property boasts a brand new kitchen, new bathroom suite, oil fired central heating and new UPVC double glazed windows and doors. The internal decor has also been refreshed throughout in light neutral colours. Accommodation comprises: three double bedrooms, kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room and bathroom. There is also scope for extension, subject to the usual planning consents. Externally, the gardens surround the property on all sides with a pathway leading to a single garage with off-street parking in front. Offered for sale with no onward chain. Directions From Marlborough, travel to Pewsey on the A345. As you enter the village, take a left at King Alfred's statue and head down the high street. You will pass Moonrakers pub on your left, keep going and the junction for Ball Road will be on your right. Head down Ball Road and the bungalow will be on an elevated position on your right hand side just before you reach the Cooper Arms pub. Situation Pewsey is a large village with good local shopping including Lloyds TSB Bank, a supermarket, a post office, a library, various smaller shops and restaurants and a mainline rail link for London, Paddington which is reachable in just over an hour. It is also on the main bus route from Swindon to Salisbury. There is a large modern village hall, doctor's surgery, dental practises, leisure centre, primary & secondary schools.
