" This is a fantastic detached family home, which is located in a desirable residential area of Pewsey yet still within easy walk distance of the town centre and train station. The accommodation is light, bright and airy throughout having been neutrally decorated. The entrance hall leads into the large living room with a lovely bay window and patio doors leading to the garden. There is also a separate dining room, which opens onto the lovely conservatory, a modern kitchen/breakfast room with white goods and a separate utility room and WC. Upstairs, there are four good sized bedrooms, all with cupboard/wardrobe storage, and a family bathroom. Further, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room.

Situation
Pewsey is a large village which offers excellent local shopping facilities (including a supermarket) and has many amenities, including a doctors surgery, a dental practice, a sports centre with swimming pool, a local bank, public houses and churches of various denominations. The village has the particular advantage of a rail station with direct services to London Paddington (approximately 70 minutes). The market towns of Marlborough, Hungerford and Devizes are close by, whilst the larger centres of Salisbury, Andover, Newbury and Swindon are within easy travelling distance. The M4 motorway lies to the North with the A303 (M3) to the South. The surrounding countryside in the Vale of Pewsey is designated as An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with many unspoilt traditional Wiltshire villages and the Kennet and Avon canal.
