" THE PROPERTY
The front door leads into a porch with a cloakroom. Beyond this is a lovely large and bright open plan sittingdining room with sliding patio doors to the rear garden. Off from the dining area is a modern fitted kitchen with an integrated dishwasher, hob and extractor fan, eye-level oven and grill and fridgefreezer. On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms with the main bedroom having a built-in double wardrobe. Finally, the family bathroom completes the accommodation.

OUTSIDE
