" A most attractive four bedroom extended family house presented with much style and flair and offering spacious and versatile accommodation with countryside views and set within this desirable village. The hub of the house is a fabulous open plan kitchen/dining family room, with French doors to the sun terrace and garden. The kitchen area is fitted with an excellent range of cupboards and there is a separate utility room with boiler and space for appliances. Wootton Rivers is a popular and picturesque Wiltshire village characterised by its many thatched, period cottages. It has a well regarded pub, a pretty 14th century church and a village hall. The major shopping and employment centre of Swindon is about 16 miles to the north. Access to the M4 motorway at junction 15 is about 14 miles to the north and there are mainline rail services to London Paddington from Pewsey, nearby Bedwyn and from Swindon. The surrounding countryside is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which includes the nearby Savernake Forest. Numerous footpaths and bridleways surround the village.
