" A simply charming semi-detached character cottage with off-street parking and beautiful gardens. Situated within the stunning Kennett Valley approximately 5 miles from Marlborough town centre. The accommodation comprises a sitting room, a study, a kitchen/diner, a conservatory, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there are mature gardens to the front and rear of the property. Offered for sale with no onward chain.

Directions From Marlborough, head out of the town on the A4 towards Beckhampton/Calne. Continue until reaching Fyfield. Take a left hand turn signposted for Lockeridge and continue through the village. Proceed on this road past the next right hand turning signposted for East Kennett and shortly afterward you will reach Boreham Cottages on your left hand side, parking is located off the road on your right hand side opposite the cottage. Situation Boreham is a small Hamlet that lies in the Kennet valley to the West of Marlborough. Nearby Marlborough itself is an historic market town located in the heart of Wiltshire and noted for its wide and picturesque high street and The College. The town provides excellent shopping facilities together with a twice weekly market, numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs and those with country and leisure pursuits are also well catered for (Golf Club and Leisure Centre). The thriving market town of Devizes is approximately 11 miles away with many amenities including town centre shopping, a leisure centre, schools for all ages, various supermarkets, a variety of shops, cinema, theatre and a weekly market. There is a good choice of both state and private schooling in the area and the town is well located within easy motoring distance of the larger employment centres of Swindon, Salisbury and Newbury. The M4 Motorway (J15) is approximately 7 miles distance providing fast road access to London, Bristol, and the West Country and rail links can be found in the nearby villages of Pewsey and Great Bedwyn with both offering services to London.
