" The property is a substantial detached family home offering well proportioned accommodation set in grounds of 0.41 acres. There is a good sized reception hall which leads to the snug area which has steps down to the sitting room with french doors and a woodburning stove. The dining room, with open fireplace, overlooks the front of the property and there is a fitted kitchen and separate utility. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a family bathroom. The property would benefit from some cosmetic updating and subject to planning could be further extended if required.

Situation
The property is situated on the edge of the well regarded village of Manton some 2.5 miles from the busy market town of Marlborough. Manton itself has a well regarded primary school, church and public house. Marlborough is a busy market town with a twice weekly market and a good selection of shops including Waitrose and a number of boutiques, as well as a number of restaurants, pubs and cafes. It also offers superb access to London with a choice of Pewsey or Great Bedwyn Stations, offering high speed trains to London Paddington, as well as the M4 motorway which can be joined at Junction 15. The surrounding countryside of Wiltshire remains a strongly rural part of the UK with excellent walks, riding and sporting activities.
