" A rare opportunity to purchase a two bedroomed detached bungalow on a good sized plot with views of the downs in this highly sought after village location. The property is located a short walk from the centre of the village in a no through road of similar properties believed to have been constructed in the early 1970's, it has been updated and improved with double glazed windows and doors and gas fired central heating. MANTON Manton Village is located on the west side of Marlborough, a market town with many facilities. The heart of the village lies adjacent to the water meadows of the River Kennet. It has one of the best pubs in the area 'The Outside Chance', one of the most sought after primary and pre-schools and falls within the parish of St. Georges Preshute.
