" An extended spacious semi detached three bedroom house. It is a family home set in an enviable location, a short distance from the town centre within very easy reach of excellent schooling St John's Academy and St Mary's Primary. The property benefits from splendid views over the town centre, and offers light and airy accommodation throughout. Off the entrance hall is a generous sitting room which leads to a study and delightful garden room which has patio doors opening on to the garden. Ducks Meadow is situated a short distance from Marlborough High Street.
