" A well presented three bedroom semi detached house with garden, parking and garage, located within easy reach of Marlborough town centre.
The house has been extended to the rear and benefits from light and well proportioned rooms. The sitting room has wooden flooring and a large picture window to the front making the most of the lovely open aspect; the room opens into the dining room which has French doors to the garden and opens into the kitchen area, separated by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of floor and wall units with a gas hob and double electric oven, there is space and plumbing for the usual appliances and a ceramic tiled floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two good doubles with built in cupboards, the third bedroom also has a built in cupboard. The bathroom is spacious with a white suite and separate shower. In all this is an excellent house, ideally located for the local schools and access to the town centre.

Situation
Ducks Meadow is close to the High Street of the historic market town of Marlborough, which offers a good range of services and amenities including a public library, a twice weekly market, leisure centre with swimming pool and various pubs and restaurants. The town is well located for access to the M4 motorway (junction 15 approximately 10 miles) and the expanding commercial centre of Swindon (about 12 miles), from which there is a regular Intercity rail service to London Paddington (about 1 hour). The countryside surrounding the town is designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it includes nearby Savernake Forest.
