" A well proportioned three/four bedroomed detached chalet bungalow occupying a large south facing plot in this highly convenient location within walking distance of the High Street. The property is believed to have been constructed in the middle 1930's and has been enlarged and improved in recent years with the added advantage of extensive off road parking and recent redecoration. The potential also exists (STPP) for either further enlargement or indeed redevelopment. Hall, sitting room with fireplace, kitchen/breakfast room overlooking the garden, bed 2/dining room, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, family bathroom. Upstairs, landing, two further bedrooms. Over 100' south facing mature garden. Double glazing. Gas central heating. No onward chain.

MARLBOROUGH Marlborough is an historic thriving market town reputedly with the widest High Street in Europe. It combines a classic period charm with a broad selection of amenities. National retailers including Waitrose supermarket, highly acclaimed St Johns Comprehensive school and Marlborough College Private School.
