" THE PROPERTY
From a recessed porch, the welcoming hallway, with stairs to the first floor, leads to a cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room and dining room. The kitchen, with window to the front and side, has a range of matching wall and base units, a built in Neff oven and grill with a four ring electric hob, space for a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining room also has double doors to the garden and would easily accommodate a table for 8 diners. On the stair well and first floor landing a lovely tall picture window allows for plenty of light. The sizeable Master bedroom has two built-in double wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a generous double and the third and fourth bedrooms would also accommodate double beds. The family bathroom has a light coloured suite.
