" Set in a peaceful no through lane, in Burbage is this well presented two bedroom detached bungalow with pretty front and rear gardens, garage and off street parking. This lovely property offers neutrally decorated light and airy accommodation throughout.

Off the welcoming entrance hall lies a sitting room with electric fire and open fire behind and a picture window which enjoys views to the front over the garden and close. The kitchen breakfast room is fitted with a range of shaker style cream coloured cupboards which include an integral oven, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a pantry cupboard and ample space for dining. A door provides access to a covered walkway which runs from front to back of the bungalow and there is a door to a single garage with work bench and window to the rear.

There are two generous bedrooms with built in double wardrobes and a family bathroom as well as a cloakroom.

Situation
Burbage is situated on the southern edge of the historic Savernake Forest, designated as an area of &quote;outstanding natural beauty&quote;. It has many amenities including a Post Office, village shop, doctor‘s surgery, primary school, garage and a public house. The historic market town of Marlborough (about 6 miles to the north) provides an extensive range of shopping facilities, a twice weekly market, a library and various restaurants and pubs and enjoys a good range of clubs and leisure facilities. The area is also well served with excellent schools including St John‘s Academy, Marlborough College, Dauntsey‘s and St. Francis. There are main line stations to London Paddington and the South West at Pewsey, Great Bedwyn (both about 5 miles) and Hungerford (about 10 miles).
