" The Property
The entrance hall, with a cloakroom leads to a light and spacious sitting room with an electric fire inset a marble surround fireplace and hearth. Beyond the sitting room is a spacious dining area with double doors that open onto the rear garden. The kitchen is well appointed and recently refitted with a range of high gloss white wall and base units. All integrated appliances are Bosch and include: double oven, fridge and a dishwasher. A very useful and good size utility room with a door the rear garden and a door to the Integral garage completes the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a very generous size, with ample built-in wardrobes and also has an en suite shower room. (with a power shower). Bedroom two is a double and the 4th bedroom is currently utilised as a study. The family bathroom has a white suite and also with an over bath shower .

The property has a large frontage that is part laid to lawn with mature shrub borders and also has a driveway with parking for up to 5 vehicles.
