" Tucked away at the end of the close with stunning rural views, this well presented four bedroom semi detached cottage benefits from ample parking, garage and attractive enclosed garden and is set on the edge of this popular village. Situation
Collingbourne Kingston is a small village with a popular pub, church and village hall and linked to the nearby neighbouring village of Collingbourne Ducis which has a post office, pub and primary school. Situated midway between Salisbury and Swindon in the Bourne Valley on the edge of Salisbury Plain, surrounded by chalk down lands which have been designated an Area of Outstanding Beauty, ideal for walking and riding with numerous footpaths and bridleways around the village. The historic market town of Marlborough about 8 miles north and offers a comprehensive range of services and amenities, including a twice weekly market, leisure centre and shops and restaurants including the recently opened Rick Stein Restaurant. Pewsey and Hungerford have direct rail services to London Paddington and the South West, with Andover & Grateley having rail services to London Waterloo. The A303 (M3) is about 10 miles to the south with the M4 junction 14 about 16 miles north.
