" A two bedroomed detached bungalow which requires updating and improvement occupying a good sized plot in this highly sought after village.

The property Number 10 Willis Close has been in the family since it was built in the 1970's, unfortunately a small fat fire in the kitchen has left the property with some smoke damage and overall it does now require updating and improvement. A particular note however is the good sized plot allowing, subject to the usual permissions, scope for enlargement and improvement. Accommodation Through the front door into a small hall with a built in storage cupboard. Door left into the sitting room but we will go straight into the kitchen which does require refurbishment with a door and window to the side. Back through the hall into a good sized sitting/dining room with windows to the front and side. The inner hall has a deep airing cupboard and access to the loft space. First left into the main bedroom with a window to the rear. The second bedroom can accommodate a double bed with a window to the rear. The family bathroom again requires updating. Parking, garage and gardens Driveway to the garage providing parking for 2 cars. Up and over door into the oversized single garage with window to the rear, door to the side, power, light and oil fired boiler for the central heating.
To the front of the property is a 48' x 24' lawned garden with path to the front door and path to the gated side access. Through this gate into the side garden, again mainly laid to lawn approximately 30' x 15'. Past the oil tank into the overgrown rear garden, measuring approximately 48' x 30', mature cherry, apple and sloe. Services, tenure and local authority Mains electricity, drainage & water. Oil fired central heating. Telephone lines subject to the usual transfer regulations.
