" BURBAGE
Burbage is a very popular village, situated on the southern edge of the historic Savernake Forest and offers plenty of amenities. The village has: a post office, village shop, primary school, petrol station, doctors surgery and two public houses. A more comprehensive range of shops and amenities can be found in the larger market towns of Marlborough and Hungerford approximately 10 miles north or east.
The Property

The bungalow is located in Eastcourt Road which is convenient for all the facilities that Burbage has to offer. The front door leads into the entrance hall with parquet flooring and doors leading to all rooms. The sitting/dining room also has parquet flooring with a large window to the front and French doors leading into the rear garden, making this a lovely light room. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with a window the rear along with a door leading into the rear garden. There are two double bedrooms, one overlooking the front garden and the other overlooking the rear. There is also a recently refurbished shower room.
