" A splendid and well presented and extended four bedroom detached family home, with a double garage, attractive gardens and stunning views, set in a small close within this most desirable village location. The house offers versatile accommodation with good well proportioned rooms. The kitchen/breakfast room is light and airy and fitted with a good range of floor and wall units, there is a useful and generous utility room off. The sitting room has sliding patio doors to the garden and a stunning outlook across the village to the hills beyond. There is a separate dining room and an excellent study or playroom/family snug. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three doubles and a good single and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has built in cupboards and has a spacious ensuite bathroom with dressing room off. In all this is an excellent family house set close to the village school, sport centre and amenities.

Situation
The house is set in an elevated position within a small close and within easy reach of the village centre. Ramsbury is a prime Kennet Valley village offering good day-to-day amenities with various shops, pubs, a superb health care practice, a highly regarded primary school and excellent sporting facilities including a tennis club. The market towns of Marlborough (about 6 miles) and Hungerford (about 5 miles) are close at hand whilst the major commercial centres of Swindon and Newbury are approximately 14 and 15 miles respectively. The M4 motorway can be accessed at Junction 14 (about 7 miles) or Junction 15 (about 12 miles) and there are rail services to London Paddington from Bedwyn and Hungerford.
