" This is an attractive cottage style house overlooking a small green in this popular development close to the village centre. The accommodation works well with a well appointed kitchen/dining room opening into a charming sitting room with french doors that lead to a delightful garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor. A driveway alongside the house provides parking and leads to a detached garage; a side gate leads into the rear garden. The gardens are a real feature with well stocked borders, delightful sitting out areas and immediately by the house a paved terrace. Baydon is a well located North Wiltshire village with local amenities and excellent communications.

SITUATION Newton Walk is situated close to the centre of this downland village which is well located amidst unspoilt countryside within easy reach of Marlborough, Hungerford, Swindon and Newbury. The village has a number of local amenities including primary school, church, public house and village stores. Communications are excellent with good road links via the M4 (J14 and 15) to London, Bristol and the West Country; and main line rail services from Swindon (Paddington about an hour).
