" The Property
This charming character house occupies a private plot within easy reach of all village amenities. The property has been extended over the years and offers a lovely mix of accommodation with a stunning kitchendining room with two sets of bi-folding doors providing an excellent everyday living and entertaining space. Leading from here in to the older part of the house there is a characterful sitting room with a gas fired stove, while also off the kitchen there is also a separate officefamily room with plenty of fitted storage. The ground floor also provides a utility room, a cloak room and a useful porch. Upstairs the large landing leads to four bedrooms and a generous family bathroom. The main bedroom is lovely and light with a double aspect providing a lovely outlook over the village to the downs beyond.

The property benefits from owning parking for two vehicles on the opposite side of this quiet lane. There is also a detached garage towards the end of the plot. Steps from the lane lead through a gate and up to the enclosed porch to the side of the house.
