" The Property
This well proportioned home offers excellent accommodation in a sought after location. Internally the property offers a generous reception hall leading in to a separate living room, with a door in to the dining room and a kitchen overlooking the garden. To the side of the property there is a separate entrance leading in to the utility and cloakroom and a study to the rear of the house with a door leading in to the garden. The first floor provides a galleried landing, three bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Planning permission was granted in August 2016 for a single storey extension to the side of the property, replacing the existing single storey extension with larger accommodation including a further reception room and study, a utility room, cloakroom and hobbies room to the rear. The granted permission also included for a porch to the front of the house and opening up the existing kitchen in to the dining room. This planning permission has now lapsed, plans are available on the council website.

The property is built of non standard pre-cast concrete construction and is unlikely to be mortgageable - cash purchasers only. Excellent potential rental investment.

The garden to the front of the property offers space for plenty of parking in addition to a large lawn enclosed by mature hedging.
