Located approximately a mile away from Marlborough`s historic High Street, this light and airy house can be found at the entrance of this no through road on this popular development. Internally, the property offers an entrance porch, with a cloakroom, that leads to a well-proportioned, open plan sittingdining room with a pretty fire surround housing a real flame gas fire. French windows lead from the dining area to the rear garden and there is a large window to the front of the house.
