" A charming four bedroom semi detached period cottage presented with much style and flair and with the benefit of a large garden of 0.26 acres in all and with the benefit of fabulous south facing countryside views. The cottage offers spacious and light and airy accommodation. Of particular note is the sitting room, a lovely triple aspect room with French doors to the garden and fitted with a wood burning stove. There is a separate dining room whith french doors into a family room. The kitchen is fitted with a great range of bespoke cupboards with granite work surfaces, there is a central island and integrated double oven with hob and extractor over and built in fridge, freezer and dishwasher, plumbing for further appliances are in the utility room with cloakroom off. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate shower. The main bedroom has an excellent range of built in cupboards and wardrobes and enjoys a fabulous countryside outlook across the valley.

Situation
West Overton is a pretty and popular Wiltshire village in the Upper Kennet Valley surrounded by rolling downland countryside which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a well regarded gastro/public house and church. The village falls into the sought after St. Johns Acadamy catchment area. The nearby market town of Marlborough is about four miles to the east and it offers a good range of services and amenities including a wide range of shops, various pubs and restaurants and a sports centre with an indoor swimming pool. There is a rail station at Pewsey (about six miles) providing access to London Paddington and M4 motorway at either junctions 14 or 15 is within easy reach. The centres of Bath, Salisbury and Newbury are within a thirty mile radius.
