" Situated on the northern side of Marlborough in this popular cul-de-sac stands this 4 bedroom detached family house which has been carefully modernised over the years to make the most of the space. Situation
The old market town of Marlborough provides an extensive range of shopping facilities, a twice-weekly market, a public library and various restaurants and pubs and shops. Access to the M4 motorway junction 15 is approximately 10 miles, and the expanding commercial centre of Swindon is about 12 miles from which there is a regular Intercity rails service to London Paddington.
