" THE PROPERTY
This lovely cottage occupies a quiet position not far from The Green and within walking distance of the town centre. The sitting room has a feature fireplace and stairs to the first floor while to the rear of the house there is a well fitted kitchen with modern units including a fitted oven with gas hob, fitted fridge and freezer.

The first floor provides a central landing off which there is a double bedroom to the front of the house with a recently fitted bespoke Sharps fitted wardrobe. To the other side of the landing there is a large recently refitted bathroom chrome heated towel rail, bath with shower over and an airing cupboard.

GARDEN & GROUNDS
The garden is to the front of the house and is paved and gravelled for low maintenance. This area provides a lovely sun trap and quiet place to relax. An unmade no through lane leads past the house to the parking area with the parking for number 2 shown on the right.
